I’m planning to buy an acer but I want to know which acer has what I need for school work and don’t tell me about a desktop. I only want a notebook/laptop. I need to install microsoft 2003 on an acer with a built in cd drive.

Do i need to remove the battery when am not using my notebook? Is it ok to use use my notebook while the battery’s charging? Do i need to remove the battery when the notebook is plugged on AC power?
